A plethora of information exists, which is typically unattainable or difficult to understand for the average person. Many providers of data, including inspection companies, only offer pieces of the puzzle; not one company provides all of the needed information in one report, giving a single score while allowing for comparison to other properties. Buyers and tenants will find Realtence™ and SweepScore™ an important tool in their search for viable properties and locations. Realtence™ increases confidence in buying and leasing decisions.
Identity
The Realtence logomark features propositional density which refers to the amount of meaning conveyed in an image. The negative space in Realtence’s logomark features a magnifying glass, representative of magnified (detailed) data, Realtence’s value propisition, while the surface foreground (“R”) is the company’s visual identifier.
Branding
Color in Use
The Realtence brand identity is bold, yet friendly. The dominant red and blue are consistent with the real estate industry with the chosen hues evoking a sense of prominence through a limited brightness.
Although somewhat saturated, their tones strike a balance to appear “friendly”. This brand decision was based on the anxiety many feel when buying, selling, or leasing.
*The shade and tint variations (ranging in 10-25% brightness differences) allow for flexibility with asset and brand usage.
